Know what needs attention — before it costs you.
Business Pulse scans your real orders, payments, stock, and team data — and ranks the signals that matter on one card. Decisions, not dashboards.
Detect. Prioritize. Act.
The whole loop runs on data you already have — nothing to wire up.
Detect
Deterministic detectors scan your real business data — orders, payments, inventory, purchase orders, expenses, payroll, and attendance — across 25 signal types.
Prioritize
The Business Pulse card on your Command Center shows the top things needing attention, ranked — a short list, not another feed to scroll.
Act
Every signal carries its evidence and a recommended action — create a task, open the customer, order, or product, record a payment. Then dismiss, snooze, or act.
25 signal types, one ranked list.
Every detector reads the same records you see in your reports — nothing is estimated into existence, and estimates are always labeled "est."
Money in
Overdue invoices · abandoned carts · sales declining · sales spikes worth checking stock cover for.
Money out
Expense spikes · supplier price increases · late supplier deliveries · margins shrinking · payroll coming due · cash pressure ahead.
Stock
Low stock at reorder point · stockout risk at the current sales pace · overstock · slow-moving inventory.
Customers
Due to reorder · win-back candidates · at-risk repeat buyers · high-value customers · product reorder cycles · review requests · referral candidates · bundles · cross-sell matches.
Team
Unusual absences — when absence and late rates run well above your own normal rate.
Your own baseline
"Unusual for your business" — yesterday's orders, revenue, expenses, or order size outside your own trailing 84-day bands, not someone else's benchmark.
Every signal shows its numbers
A Business Pulse item is never a vague alert. Each one carries evidence — the actual amounts, days overdue, units on hand, or the baseline it broke — plus a recommended action: create a task, open the customer, order, or product behind it, or record a payment.
You stay in control of the list. Dismiss a signal, snooze it, or act on it — the lifecycle is yours, and cleared items stay cleared. Estimated values are always labeled "est." and never blended into your real metrics.
Optional re-ranking by a decision model
Honest about how it works — and off by default.
What it does
- An optional decision model (TypeSafe Jev) can re-rank which signals sit at the top of your Pulse card.
- It sees only minimized numeric state — signal type, amounts, counts, dates. No names, notes, or personal data.
- Every evaluation is recorded and auditable — input, verdict, and confidence.
What it never does
- It's off by default and gated behind a provider-controlled kill switch.
- Low-confidence verdicts fall back to standard ranking — you always get a working list.
- It can't change your records, take actions, or be the source of any number. Advisory only.
The Business Pulse card never depends on the model. Disabled, unreachable, or unsure — the ranked list works exactly the same.
A Help Center in every workspace
Business Pulse — like the rest of TUKO — ships with a built-in guide. Searchable help articles and quick guides live under the ? icon in the top bar and Help in the sidebar, so the answer is in the same app as the question.
Business Pulse questions, answered
How does Business Pulse decide what needs attention?
Deterministic detectors scan your real business data — orders, payments, inventory, purchase orders, expenses, payroll, and attendance — across 25 signal types, from overdue invoices to stockout risk to unusual absences. The Business Pulse card on your Command Center ranks the top results, and every signal shows the numbers behind it.
Does Business Pulse use AI?
Detection and ranking are computed from your data with deterministic rules — no AI required. An optional decision-model enrichment can re-rank priorities, but it is off by default, sends only minimized numeric state, and falls back to standard ranking whenever its verdicts are low-confidence.
What data leaves my workspace?
Nothing, by default. If the optional enrichment is enabled, the model receives only minimized numbers and categories — signal type, amounts, counts, dates — never names, notes, or other personal data. Every evaluation is recorded and auditable.
Where do I see Business Pulse?
On the Command Center — the Business Pulse card shows the top things needing your attention, ranked. Each item opens the evidence and a recommended action. A built-in Help Center ships with every workspace too: searchable articles and quick guides under the ? icon in the top bar or Help in the sidebar.
