Integration questions, answered straight.
What connects, what syncs, how it's secured, and what happens when things go wrong — the honest version.
Which apps does TUKO integrate with?
QuickBooks Online, Xero, and FreshBooks for accounting; Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace for online stores; Square, Toast, and Lightspeed for point of sale; and Salesforce for CRM.
How do I set up an integration in TUKO?
Pick the provider, sign in through the provider's own authorization page, then choose which data to sync. TUKO runs the first sync and keeps it current — no API keys, code, or middleware required.
What data can sync between TUKO and a connected app?
Depending on the provider: customers, products, orders, payments, expenses, and inventory levels. You choose exactly which data types are enabled for each connection.
Does syncing create duplicate records?
No. Every synced record carries its provider ID, so TUKO updates existing records in place instead of duplicating — even when a sync retries or runs again.
How often does data sync?
After the initial import, changes sync automatically on an ongoing schedule, and providers that support webhooks push updates as they happen. Exact timing varies by provider.
Is it two-way sync?
TUKO integrations primarily pull provider data into TUKO so operations stay current. Availability of writing changes back to a provider depends on that provider's capabilities and is shown when you connect.
Can I connect multiple accounts or stores from the same provider?
Yes. Each account, store, or location connects as its own integration with its own sync settings, so multi-store and multi-entity setups stay organized.
Is my data secure when I connect an integration?
Yes. You authorize through the provider's own sign-in — TUKO never sees your provider password. Connection credentials are stored encrypted per connection, access is isolated to your workspace, and every sync is recorded in an activity log.
What happens if a provider's API goes down or rate-limits?
TUKO backs off and retries automatically, resuming where it left off. Nothing is dropped silently — problems appear in the connection's activity log in plain language.
What happens when I disconnect an integration?
Syncing stops and everything that already synced stays in TUKO. Disconnecting is fully reversible — reconnect and the sync picks up again.
Do integrations cost extra?
Integrations are part of TUKO — check the pricing page for current plan details. There are no per-connection middleware fees or developer costs.
Can I still import data by CSV instead of connecting an app?
Yes. CSV import remains available for products, customers, orders, expenses, and inventory — integrations and CSV work side by side.
Ready to connect?
Pick a provider, authorize, choose what syncs — TUKO handles the rest.
